A boardroom should start a meeting with one touch. Dave’s Home Theater designs and installs boardroom audio video systems: large displays or laser projectors, Teams and Zoom video conferencing, ceiling microphones, wireless presentation, lighting and shades, all on one simple touch panel, for companies across Los Angeles County, Orange County and the Inland Empire.

- Clean look: Hidden wiring, in-wall or in-ceiling speakers and equipment in a closet or credenza.
- Privacy: Sound masking and secure, separate conference room networks.
- Easy for guests: Plain-English buttons anyone can use without IT help.
How a project runs
- Site walk. We visit, look at the space, the wiring paths and how your staff and visitors use it.
- Design and quote. Equipment, locations and one written price, with options if you want to phase the work.
- Install around your hours. Nights and weekends when needed, so your business keeps running.
- Program and test. Everything set up, labeled and tested before we hand it over.
- Train and support. We show your team how to use it and stay available for service.

Questions we get asked
Can you add video conferencing to our existing boardroom?
Yes. We add a camera, microphones and a conferencing system that works with Teams, Zoom or Google Meet, and tie it into your current display.
Projector or large display for a boardroom?
Large 85 to 98 inch displays work well in most boardrooms; bright laser projectors make sense for larger rooms or screens over 120 inches. We recommend after seeing the room.
Can everything run from one touch panel?
Yes. Control4, RTI or Savant panels run the display, conferencing, lights, shades and volume from one screen.
Do you install after hours?
Yes. We schedule boardroom work in the evening or on weekends so meetings are not disrupted.
