What we can do for your system
- Service and repair: remotes, touch panels, keypads and apps that stopped responding, usually a network, power or programming problem.
- Take over from another installer: we document your system and support it going forward.
- Upgrade: add rooms, TVs, speakers, cameras, lighting and shades to what you already have.
- Replace: when a system is discontinued or no longer supported, we move you to Control4, RTI or Savant and reuse the wiring and equipment that still works.

Questions we get asked
Can you service a system another company installed?
Yes. We regularly take over systems from installers who closed, moved or stopped answering. We start with a service visit to see what is there and what it needs.
My system is discontinued. Do I have to replace everything?
Usually not. Speakers, TVs, cabling and much of the network can often stay, and we replace only the control system and the parts that no longer work.
Do you work on Crestron?
Yes. We handle the hardware, wiring and network, and team up with Crestron-authorized programmers for programming changes. See Crestron Home service.
Can you replace my ADT, Vivint or SimpliSafe system?
Yes. We can replace monitored alarm systems with a system you own, often with professional monitoring available through Alarm.com, and integrate it with your cameras and smart home.
