Questions we get asked
Can you install cameras I already bought?
Yes. We install Ring, Nest, Arlo, Eufy, Blink, Wyze, Reolink, Lorex, Amcrest and most other brands you buy yourself, and make sure your Wi-Fi or network can support them.
Can you work on my existing Hikvision or Dahua system?
Yes, we service and upgrade existing systems. For government, federally funded and many commercial projects, U.S. rules (NDAA Section 889) restrict these brands, so we recommend NDAA-compliant cameras for those jobs.
Which brand do you recommend?
It depends on the property and budget. For most homes and businesses we recommend LTS, where we are an authorized dealer; for cloud-managed multi-site businesses we often look at Verkada, Eagle Eye or UniFi.
Can you mix brands on one system?
Often, yes. Many recorders and video management systems accept cameras from other brands using the ONVIF standard.
