Built for everyday meetings
- Same in every room: A consistent setup in every room, so staff never relearn the controls.
- Sized right: Huddle rooms, mid-size rooms and training rooms each get the right camera, mics and screen size.
- Good sound both ways: Microphones and speakers tuned so remote attendees hear and are heard clearly.
- Reliable network: Wired connections and Wi-Fi designed for video calls.
- Low upkeep: Remote monitoring and easy updates, so IT spends less time in the rooms.
How a project runs
- Site walk. We visit, look at the space, the wiring paths and how your staff and visitors use it.
- Design and quote. Equipment, locations and one written price, with options if you want to phase the work.
- Install around your hours. Nights and weekends when needed, so your business keeps running.
- Program and test. Everything set up, labeled and tested before we hand it over.
- Train and support. We show your team how to use it and stay available for service.

Questions we get asked
Do you install Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms?
Yes. We install certified room systems for Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, including the display, camera, microphones and touch controller.
Can you standardize all our meeting rooms?
Yes. We design a standard for each room size and roll it out across your offices.
What screen size do we need?
A good rule is that the farthest seat should be no more than about four to six times the screen height away. We size each room on the site walk.
Can you work in a busy office?
Yes. We work room by room and after hours so meetings continue.
